The power of passion as in love
We humans tend to make ourselves as comfortable as possible. We make risk analyses and trade-offs every day. Consciously or unconsciously. And of course, in this time we are in now, we are challenged.
What does this do to you and what do you do now?
Many people choose to withdraw. Companies start “popping” out of fear and frustration or already have scenarios of “quitting” in the back of their minds. In short: from fear.
In fear, creativity is blocked
With fear, creativity is blocked. And that very quality is what you need as a person and company/organization in this day and age. Not to get caught up in the negativity. To flow on as a company as in a river to new times and challenges.
Everything in life is based on growth. A tree, animals but also people. In love. Does that sound tacky? Or, if you think about it AND start feeling, that is what really gives meaning to life, but also to work. Passion gives fire, energy, strength to keep going and feeds our creativity.
And then you can and do enjoy instead of sitting in fear! Whether that is with restrictive measures sitting as in Covid time or in uncertain times due to war somewhere on this planet. What is there and what can be done? What is possible? Let the creativity flow so that you as a person, your company/organization or work goes with the flow. And going with the flow may already be a huge challenge and getting out of your comfort zone. And that, too, is meant to challenge you in your growth. Let your passion work for you.
