Training in breath work; Healing Yourself
Breath is the essence of life. Breathwork, such as Healing Breath©, offers a powerful method to transform your breathing patterns and thereby change your life. The Healing Yourself training can be taken individually or in groups over weekends. 3x weekends of 2 days spread over about 3 months in a small group of up to 6 people to 10 people.
Each weekend focuses on 1 of the 3 levels Healing Breath works on. the first weekend focuses on FQ (physical part). The opening of your breathing pattern and detoxification. Because how you breathe is how you live. If you change your breathing pattern, your life will change as well. The second weekend is devoted to EQ (emotional level) and IQ (mental level). Since these 2 levels influence each other tremendously, they are seen together as the 2nd level. The 3rd weekend is devoted to SQ (spiritual/sensory level). In addition to a lot of breath work, the weekends are full of other focused exercises and techniques. For example, meditation, visualization, coaching, and much more will be part of the training. There will be laughter and tears, but most of all you will feel liberated and much lighter. New dates are currently being planned, also for southern Germany. Training Healing Yourself Breathwork Tübingen, Germany
Together with Odette Deuber, Brigitta has planned a training Healing Yourself breathing weekends this (early) spring (dates to follow soon). Three wonderful weekends in which you will work layer by layer each weekend. The workshop and training will be partly in English and German. Brigitta understands German but speaks the language less well. Odette can translate when needed.
You can register in 1x for all 3 weekends, or per weekend.
What can you expect? The block to the right gives more insight into the content of the weekends. On this website there are several reviews from people who have gone before you. Brigitta herself underwent such a breathing week in 2000 and this was a life changing event for her, as it was for many participants of the Healing Yourself week!
Before the first weekend starts and after your registration, you will receive a personal message from Brigitta with forms to fill out. There will also be a video call with Brigitta prior to the training and you will be coached beforehand. Between the weekends there will also be a video call with Brigitta to follow and optimize your process together. After the entire training we will schedule a half-day return moment together. This will take place approximately 2 months after the last weekend. Should there be any issues or pressing questions in between, you can always contact Brigitta. Individual, or in pairs, (mini) retreat à la carte.
Spend a few days (or longer) in the Achterhoek among ancient monuments and lots of nature and meanwhile receive relaxing sessions, alone or with the 2 of you. And you get to choose; you put together your own retreat! You can choose between several options. The components you can choose from are; breath session, coaching session (where all tools can be used), meditation and visualization session, walking coaching, morning ritual consisting of some yoga exercises and meditation, conversation session, manifestation exercises, evening walk. If there are certain concerns or requests, they can be made known in advance.
