Breath is the essence of life. Breathwork, such as Healing Breath©, offers a powerful method to transform your breathing patterns and thereby change your life. The Healing Yourself training can be taken individually or in groups over weekends. 3x 2-day weekends spread over 3 months in a small group of up to 6 people. Retreat abroad
Brigitta, sometimes with other trainers, occasionally organizes a retreat in southern Europe. This from Happy You Company or on request for an organization or a group of friends who would like a trainer together. If you want more information about this, click here. Individual, or in pairs, (mini) retreat à la carte.
Spend a few days (or longer) in the Achterhoek among ancient monuments and lots of nature and meanwhile receive relaxing sessions, alone or with the 2 of you. And you get to choose; you put together your own retreat! You can choose between several options. The components you can choose from are; breath session, coaching session (where all tools can be used), meditation and visualization session, walking coaching, morning ritual consisting of some yoga exercises and meditation, conversation session, manifestation exercises, evening walk. If there are certain concerns or requests, they can be made known in advance. During your free blocks, you can enjoy hiking in nature, biking, visiting museums, viewing castles, etc. Everything in the immediate vicinity. Ask about the possibilities by clicking here.
